Annual Support & Enhancement Subscription

ASTRA provides for continue support and coverage on the Emergency Plus™ package through the available Annual Support & Enhancement Subscription (ASES), once the original warranty term is complete. ASES entitles the customer to such benefits as no charge telephone support, extended warranty, and all new features and updates contained in later releases of the software modules installed. ASES ensures that the customer has the most advance version of the software and is able to have any questions or problems resolved appropriately.
