The Personnel Module tracks a wide assortment of information for each individual of your organization. It is a highly flexible tool that provides a number of user defined fields and screens to allow you to set up the module so as to best suit the needs of your organization. Each record will contain an Employee Master file of such information as name, address, social security number, driver’s license number, and emergency contact information. Additional screens of Law Officer, Firefighter, EMT information specific to these categories, will be displayed for any employees who act in these capacities. In addition, the following areas of information will also be maintained for each employee: Activity Detail & Summary, Job History, Medications, Medical Test History, Time Inquiry, Training, and Inventory.
