The Emergency Plus Non-Incident Module is a powerful tool to assist emergency service agencies with tracking of all activities attended by its staff outside the scope of incident responses. Activity categories are user-defined and may include drills, meetings, work details, parades, fundraising activities, training classes, and certifications courses. A database of training courses can be established and maintained with specific information about each course and members attending the activity. An extensive array of information can be tracked for each non-incident entered, and multiple user-defined fields are provided to allow your organization to track information specific to your department.
